Turbo Tax’s “Ask a Tax Expert” program needed a human element to represent help and live tax advice. Theresa was created to display a professional, approachable and friendly persona. She was designed to stand alone or within an icon created by Perphic Design. The character and all supporting designs stayed consistent with the Turbo Tax brand and fit with their current iconography.
