Crazy frog

(aka The Annoying Thing)

Crazy Frog, originally known as “The Annoying Thing”, is a Swedish CGI-animated character created in 2003 by actor and playwright Erik Wernquist. Its popularity was spawned from a ringtone and a music video, followed by two albums, toys, video games and much more.

Here I created concept boards for a variety of licensed products for Determined Productions. Patterns were created using some of the few given graphics that were part of the characters identity. Color palettes where created to appeal to specific target audiences while still staying true to the character.
